I’ve spent over two decades helping teams communicate, lead, and close with purpose. But before that, I was the one sitting in the consultation room, having real conversations with patients about life-changing decisions.
I learned that success in this industry isn’t just about technical skill or price — it’s about people. And when your team knows how to communicate with authenticity, connect with confidence, and show empathy through every step, patients feel it — and they say yes.

About Rodney Cook
For more than 20 years, I’ve been in the business of earning trust and guiding people toward the right decisions — not through pressure, but through authentic connection.
For years, I sat across from patients in dental implant and All-on-X (full-arch) implant consultations — listening, guiding, and understanding what truly drives patient decisions. Through trial and error, real conversations, and real outcomes, I learned exactly what builds trust and moves patients forward.
Throughout my career, I became highly successful at closing cases because of the trust I earned through what has now become the ACE³ Method — a framework I developed over the years by focusing on authenticity, connection, and empathy in every consultation.
As a former professional athlete, I learned the value of discipline, mindset, and preparation — lessons that later shaped how I coach teams to perform under pressure.
When I transitioned into healthcare and patient consultation, I discovered that those same principles applied: trust, alignment, and confidence win every time.
Through thousands of real consultations in dental, oral surgery, and full-arch cases, I refined and perfected the ACE³ Method — a process that helps teams build genuine relationships, communicate with consistency, and achieve measurable growth without ever feeling like they’re “selling.”
